Have had Evaer for about a year. About a month ago Evaer recommended I update it, so I did. Ever since then when I record a Skype call, all is fine when only 2 parties are on the line. Once a 3rd person is added, the primary caller (me) does not record. And the other two parties are nearly un-audible with loud echos. I've reached out to customer service, but they are very slow to respond.

You must be doing something wrong because, according to the developer's description, the software supports up to 10 users.

If you have issues with it, completely remove it and then download the latest version from the official website and reinstall the application.
